I wasn’t always overweight, but after getting 'comfy' in a crappy relationship, I gained 60lbs and that was the heaviest I had been in my entire life.Â
 I fell victim to yo-yo dieting, and restricting calories…my metabolism started to TANK. My overly restrictive tendencies ended in me now living with HypoThyroidism
